Thank you for choosing Global Kids Pre-school for your child’s early education. We are committed to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for your child’s growth and development. Please review our payment policy outlined below:

Tuition Fees:

1. For parents/guardians who opt for the installment mode of payment, term fees are payable as per the schedule provided by the school.
2. The installment schedule will be communicated at the beginning of each academic term.
3. It is mandatory to adhere to the installment payment schedule to maintain enrollment status.
4. Failure to pay term fees on time may result in late fees as per the late payment policy outlined above.
5. Note: Parents/guardians are reminded to ensure timely payments to avoid any inconvenience and to support the smooth functioning of the school’s financial operations.

Registration Fee:

1. A one-time non-refundable registration fee is required upon enrollment to secure your child’s place in the program.
2. This fee covers administrative costs and resources necessary for your child’s enrollment process.

Late Payment:

1. A late fee will be applied for payments received after the due date.
2. Late fees are charged at a rate determined by the management and will be added to the next month’s invoice.

Withdrawal Policy:

1. Parents/guardians must provide written notice at least one month in advance if withdrawing their child from the program. Tuition fees for the notice period are still applicable.

Sibling Discount:

1. Global Kids Pre-school offers a sibling discount on tuition fees for families with more than one child enrolled.
   Please inquire with the administrative office for more information on sibling discounts.

Refund Policy:

1. Tuition fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management.
2. Refund requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Charges:

1. Additional charges may apply for extracurricular activities, field trips, and special events. These charges will be communicated in advance.

Communication:

1. Any changes to the payment policy will be communicated to parents/guardians in writing or via email.
2. Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date to ensure timely communication.
